We have for the last couple of years use ComplyCloud for our GDPR management. ComplyCloud ensures that all the required controls and reviews are carried out timely and that our policies reflect the latest standards and regulations. It was unintuitive for a GDPR beginner. It might have worked for someone with the proper knowledge, but we never really got a good onboarding, and the implementation was just them filling out templates. Much of the features that Vanta has it not supported, like automatic testing, and clear progression of different frameworks. When we needed help from the laywer team, which in the sales talks sounded like they were just available and happy to help, they wanted extra payments.

Very wrong to call it "fully automating GDPR". Now that we now more about GDPR, it is a thing that needs to be engrained in the company. Not something you can just fully automate.

I´m able to involve everybody working on the tasks, that be colleagues, suppliers, management and upper-management.
